UniPakä (Cool Packs) - Anatomically designed bladder is “medical grade” proprietary 15 mil Tripolymer Aromatic Polyurethane film. Proprietary film contains no latex and passes USP XIX, Class VI testing for medical applications and can also be used in direct and indirect food contact applications. (Ref. FDA regulations 175.05, 177.1680, and 177.2600). Bladder retains 400% stretch w/excellent memory that repels all bacteria, grime or microbes. Tripolymer bladder itself, without Veltex backing, can be autoclaved up to 350ºF, but common household cleansers are adequate for wiping surface of bladder clean for continual hygiene purposes. (Note: Velcro, Veltex outershell and elastic will only withstand temperatures up to 250ºF, and should not be placed in autoclaves).
