All of our cool packs are covered by a 3 year guarantee and the carriers are covered by a 1 year guarantee from defective workmanship or materials.
The Cool Packs are manufactured from a “medical grade” 15 mil tripolymer polyurethane that repels bacteria, grime and microbes. They are then sealed using Proprietary Thermal Wave Sealing which is specifically designed to absorb blunt force impact. The outer seals can withstand approximately 450psi, while the internal seals release at approximately 200psi.
The Heat Transfer Formula is an inert, non-toxic, non carcinogenic, carbon based chemical that is virtually odourless , if the cool pack should leak onto clothing or your skin, you should immediately remove the vest and wash the clothing and/or your skin with mild soap and water.
